By the end of our initial meeting, we gain a sound understanding of your story, vision, needs and expectations to present a proposal detailing the planning service and fee. The Classic Wedding

You spent months or more planning the perfect celebration and you certainly don’t want to be the point-person on your wedding day – and neither should your family, friends or wedding party! Day -Of Coordination is ideal for couples that have most details finalized, but want some assistance tying up loose ends and making sure their vision is executed perfectly. We will be at your rehearsal practice to facilitate the procession to get everyone down the aisle. On wedding day we are your on – site management assisting families, wedding party and guest. 
 
Because the only thing you should worry about on your wedding day is…absolutely nothing.

• Arrive at the venue 2 hours before to ensure that every detail aligns with your expectations
• Arrive 1 hour before the wedding ceremony to assist with flowers greet guests
• Direct the ceremony processional
• Communication and coordination with ceremony and reception location personnel
• Acting as the point of contact for all vendors
• Assisting the wedding party and guests as needed
• On-site management during cocktail and reception up until dinner
• Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors

Day of Service

This package is perfect for couples who have a clear vision for their wedding and wish to manage the planning process themselves, while still benefitting from the expertise of a professional on the big day to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Special Occasions and Social Events
